A boudoir is  a bedroom or private room, and is an intimate setting. Boudoir photography attempts to create the mood and feel of this environment where a woman is on her own, in private, perhaps not being observed, so that she is relaxed and unguarded, and as such may have certain elements of voyeurism. However the main emphasis is on a woman's natural beauty. Clothing can be anything from fully clothed to nude and the photograph is much more about the mood than the costume.

However, the limits of the stricter definition can be changed to give you the style that you want, perhaps with a more glamour edge, or a more erotic edge, so shoots can be tailored to your exact requirements in my studio and boudoir set in Exeter, Devon.
