February 2020. I had the opportunity to shoot with Cyndi, a freelance tattoo artist from Plymouth Devon, who was looking for portrait photographs of her amazing body tattoos but was very shy and nervous about having a photoshoot. I jumped at the chance, as this is something I have done a little of before and wanted to explore tattoo photography further, and she was an ideal subject. She opened my eyes to the art behind tattoos and the skill involved in doing it well.
